Carpetbagger's BBQ was born in 2011 when two Yankee transplants to Virginia's Blue Ridge mountains committed themselves to creating flavorful barbecue that would satisfy traditional BBQ fans without relying on mimicry. Drawing on established concepts, but including decidedly unconventional ingredients, our original Blue Ridge Barbecue Sauce has remained a fan favorite for more than a decade. Our Original Pork Rub has satisfied thousands of guests during that same time. Now both are available for purchase, along with a growing line of sauces and rubs for all proteins and palates.
